Suzuki: Surprisingly, it's a manga (laughs).Not only is it deformed, but it is an extension of the main story, and it is a condensed version of everyday life, so I don't feel like I'm making characters for "Nibun no Ichi".

Umehara: At first, I was confused, but I hope I can convey their daily lives and their happy feelings, which are not found in the main story of the soldiers.Shinpachi, who I play, is a Tsukkomi character, idle, and swayed character in "Nibun no Ichi".

Suzuki: What is it ... It's a restless dog (laughs).If you throw the ball, you will go to the ball, if you throw a branch, you will go to the branch, and if you say "Come here", you will be jumped (laughs).What's more, it's a large one, and it's a little sick in May (laughs).Basically, something is happening to Shinpachi (laughs).

-　 Do you have anything in common with Mr. Umehara himself?

Umehara: There aren't many aspects of Shinpachi, and on the contrary, there are many aspects that I don't have, so I was happy to have the opportunity to play Shinpachi in "Nibun no Ichi".I didn't have a role like Shinpachi until now, so I thought it was a new office, and I really enjoyed it, so I'm looking forward to the second half of the recording!

-　 Is it possible to have a fun communal life like "Nibun no Ichi" with the performers?

Suzuki: We can't (laughs).

-　 Is there anyone who is troublesome?

Suzuki Everyone is annoying (laughs).

Suzuki: The biggest problem is Yuichiro, isn't it?　

Umehara Eh !?

Suzuki: Wataru (Takagi) comes in there ... I want Mr. Kondo to come as soon as possible.

-　 If you are a master of swords, who would you like to fight in Chiruran?

Suzuki If you have the advantage of being a master of swords, you'll be fooled by Heisuke (laughs).I don't want to fight Okita!　

Umehara (laughs).Assuming you don't have to win, I'm Mr. Kondo.I think it would be fun if you were a master of swords.

-　 If the two are women, what character would you like to go out with?

Suzuki I absolutely hate anyone!I will say this in a loud voice, but I read up to 16 volumes and thought.I hate everyone (laughs).All are bankrupt people (laughs).It's interesting and attractive, but I can never be happy.It's fun to see from the outside.　

Umehara: You need a proper sense of distance.

Suzuki That's right!It's more fun to see the shops and dumpling shops where they often come to eat.I absolutely regret it when I actually go out with him (laughs). I think the town girls in "Nibun no Ichi" are in the right position.If you leave Saito or something like that, you'll go somewhere.Hijikata, who doesn't come back when he goes out, and Mr. Kondo, who only sees the friendship of Han.Sanosuke is eating rice.Okita has always said "Mr. Kondo, Mr. Kondo".I don't know what it is, but Shinpachi is just doing his best ... Yada!　

Umehara: I certainly don't like it (laughs).I came to the conclusion ... I can't.I understand that I'm attracted to bad guys, but in reality it's impossible (laughs).

-　 Is there an impressive episode in the main story "Chirran Shinsengumi Requiem"?

Suzuki: I have a lot of favorite episodes, but I like the episode of the battle between Koto and Sanosuke's master.Isn't it the only female samurai!There is an overwhelming difference in strength from men, but I tried to cover it with technology, dropped it from my fingers so that I could not grasp the sword, etc. Will be abandoned from.Even so, I'm the only woman who wants to live as a samurai, even though she has a desire to be a samurai and a longing for a man who can't overcome it.That kind of thing resonated personally.However, on the other hand, when Hijikata had a gentle face and talked about his way of life, I thought it was very cruel to treat Koto as a woman, not as a samurai.You showed that there is an overwhelming difference in gender.It looks like a good episode, but it's actually a cruel story.But that's the truth.They haven't been hurt and have been saved, but I think it's a very scary story if you change your perspective.

Umehara I'm talking about Saito Hajime.Saito is caught and Hijikata goes to help first.After that, if I read while thinking that everyone would come to help, everyone would really come to me.Such a hot development is very impressive.And from Kondo's words, "It's an important family," I felt that the reason why they have various personalities is because of Kondo's depth of bosom.

I was thinking about exactly the same thing as Hijikata's "I wonder if anyone can do something that can't be done !!" at the beginning of Volume 1 of Suzuki, so when this role was decided, I wondered if he was called by Hijikata.It doesn't matter who thinks what, I've always thought that it's better to pursue a better expression of your own voice and do what others don't.It's been 15 years now, and that feeling hasn't changed since I really started.

Umehara: When I'm working, I often worry that it's hard or I can't do it well, but sometimes I think it was fun about once a month.Then you want to continue again.I think that if we accumulate such things, it will eventually become a mess, but I think it's okay if I can look back at that time and say that it was fun at that time.
