Work location: Kichijoji Jizo Building, 1-9-9 Kichijoji Minamicho, Musashino City, Tokyo 2nd office, 11-3-2 Kichijoji Minamicho, Musashino City, Tokyo Job type: General position(You will be assigned to the Sales Department, Electronic Comics Department, or Rights Department) Relocation: None for the time being Salary: Expected annual income: 3.5 million to 4 million yen Monthly salary: 258,000 yen and up Monthly (basic salary): 208,000 yen and up *Fixed overtime allowance is paid for 20 hours per month (50,000 yen and up) Overtime pay for hours exceeding this will be paid separately ■ Salary increase: Once a year ■ Bonus: Twice a year (depending on individual and company performance) Salary increase: Yes Working hours: Working hours classification: Flextime system Core time: Yes 12:00 to 16:00, Flexible time: Yes 8:00 to 12:00, 16:00 to 20:00 Standard working hours: 10:00 to 18:00 Average monthly overtime is about 20 hours per month.
