Services
In our rights department, you will be responsible for calculating royalties for works managed by our company and supporting each business. ・Calculating and recording royalties/distributions associated with the use of works ・Creating slips in the royalty calculation system and managing master data ・Creating and sending payment notices to rights holders ・Sales management for music and video production/operation ・Creating and reviewing music-related contracts ・Other necessary administrative tasks
Entry conditions
(Preferred) Practical experience in royalty calculation or sales management (Required) Even if you do not have the above experience, you should have experience working with numbers in the accounting or financial industry. *Royalty calculations are performed using a proprietary system, and the work will be explained to you thoroughly through on-the-job training.

<Working hours> Scheduled working hours 7 hours, flextime system available (core time 12:00-16:00) <Holidays/Vacation> 127 days off per year, 2 days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, summer vacation, year-end and New Year holidays)
Salary information
