Opened in November 2009, it was born as a place to spread manga culture in Kichijoji, a town of artists. It is a new and innovative space with a new concept of manga x art x cafe. Neosakaba is a new and lively place in Kichijoji that opened in November 2018, with the theme of experiences and encounters.
