◆ "City Hunter" x "Kobu Brewery" product development story

When I was thinking about doing something new with Craft Gin, I had a history of collaborating with "Devilman" and "Fist of the North Star", so I thought about new developments in manga works. rice field.
The stylish image of spirits and the image of hard-boiled "City Hunter" matched, and the code "XYZ" written on the message board when requesting work during the work is "XYGIN". There was also a suggestion that it would be interesting to commercialize it with (X Y Jin), and it was realized through trial and error.
"PINK SILVER" expresses the sweet and sour feelings of partner Kaori Makimura, who is directed by the main character Ryo Saeba, using the botanical taste and scent used for craft gin.
"BLACK GOLD" that expresses the scent of the smoke of Colt Python 357, the love gun of Ryo Saeba.
　
By repeating trial production with botanicals of all materials, we have created these two types of craft gin with the image of "City Hunter".The hardest part was to add depth to the taste and to determine the ratio of botanical to create a fruity aroma.
"PINK SILVER" has four types of botanicals: juniper berries, roses, apples, and blueberries.
In "BLACK GOLD", in addition to tomato, lemongrass, holy basil, chamomile, and black pepper, 6 kinds of smoked juniper berry botanicals were used to express the scent of Colt Python 357's smoke.
