Announcement of the Japanese sake event "Echigo Yukiguni Sake Talk" at Mitaka, Kichijoji

From February 2014th (Friday) to March 2rd (Sunday), 28, Niigata Prefecture's famous sake stamp rally event "Echigo Yukiguni Sake Talk" will be held at Kichijoji and Mitaka.
